We were contacted by a family on the Central Coast who desperately needed to re-do there outdoor entertaining area. We came up with a number of design ideas for their new deck & patio which they were really excited about. They wanted to expand the size & create an undercover outdoor entertaining space. The large spanning gable roof was a real challenge due to its size and positioning on the existing house. We decided the best way to design this gable was to fly it over there existing roofline to give them the height they required.

The large flat areas off the gable we used our insulated roofing with its large spanning capacities, eliminated the need for structural beams. Thus improving the height and over aesthetics of the outdoor entertaining area. We used LED Lighting in the gable and flat sections, we also added stainless steel fans to create that extra airflow on those hot summer night & days. The clients have styled the area with some stylish outdoor furniture, a large family spa with LED lighting, and a fully stocked bar for when the family or guests visit. 

This project was one of our largest we have built, and we felt that this has added significant value to the clients home, plus gave the clients an area that they can relax with friends and family all year around.
